What are these from? Honestly looks like a great way to keep the A/F mix away from the spark.

It’s like they tried to build non-foulers into the plug but forgot about the whole makes-it-burn-like-crap thing

I figured it out. They’re leading sparkplugs for a rotary.

I feel retarded.

Oh that makes sense. I’ve never worked on a rotary so it never would have crossed my mind.

Reminds me of the Bosch +4 spark plugs, but with more precise gaps.

Needs a colder heat range with that turbo kit.

those kinds of plugs are usually intended to improve ignition reliability by “un-shrouding” the spark.

Rotary owners (and ex-Mazda shop employees like me) are like “.....and?”

my people. this is just the result of bad injectors. thank god. half of one being wet and half black is kindof funny.

Either way, rotaries have the best plugs.

They’re for a rotary engine, so they aren’t smacked useless on the rotors way around.

on of the (two per chamber) plugs seen at bottom of this image...can also see where the apex seals would rip a normal spark plug tip off.

Oh cool! I see it now. It has been many years since I’ve seen the inside of a rotatory engine.
